Who handles the ongoing maintenance and updates for the website?
Included in all of the packages is our dedicated support. We have a 30 day onboarding process where we will provide answers and present solutions within 24 hours. After the 30 day onboarding process, we schedule regular check ins on a weekly basis for the next 30 days, and then monthly after that for the remainder of your partnership with Empowered Tech.
